I'm a Canadian early years teacher based in Vinhomes Grand Park. I hold a Master's degree in Education and a Canadian Early Childhood Education (ECE) Level 3 certification, and I've spent the last ten years teaching young children — the age where curiosity, language, and confidence are built. Early Years and English is my own program, built around the EYFS framework used in top UK and international schools, adapted specifically for English-language learners aged 3 to 6. For children already in a kindergarten or preschool during the day, two afterschool options continue their English development — each meeting twice a week for a focused 90-minute session, with the same small-group, single-teacher model as the morning programme. The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is the official early-years curriculum framework used across the United Kingdom and adopted by leading international schools worldwide. It's built on child-led, play-based learning within a clear structure — rather than rote memorization — and it's the same foundation used in many of the top international preschools in Vietnam.

At this age, real progress happens through individual attention — a teacher who knows each child's name, pace, and personality. That's not possible in a class of 20. So I cap every group at 8. Consistency with a primary educator — the "key person" approach built into EYFS itself — is linked in early-years research to stronger attachment security and faster language development. Your child has the same teacher from week one, not a rotating roster of staff.
